SEC. 140. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Task Reports.
Force on Substance Abusing Pregnant Women and Infants Exposed
to Maternal Substance Abuse During Pregnancy shall report no
later than March 29, 1991.
This Act may be cited as the "District of Columbia Appropriations
Act, 1991".
