PUBLIC LAW 101-558—NOV. 15, 1990 104 STAT. 2773 (d) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. —Section 394 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280b-3) is amended— (1) in the first sentence, by inserting before the period the following: ", $30,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1992 and 1993"; (2) by striking the subsection designation; and (3) by striking the second sentence.
