104 STAT. 4604 PUBLIC LAW 101-640—NOV. 28, 1990 Public Law 101-640 101st Congress An Act To provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, to Nov. 28, 1990 authorize the United States Army Corps of Engineers civil works program to [S. 2740] construct various projects for improvements to the Nation's infrastructure, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Water Resources United States of America in Congress assembled, Development Act of 1990. SECTION 1.
