(d) Section 666(d) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out "and" at the end of paragraph (2); (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (3) and inserting in lieu thereof '; and"; and (3) by adding a new paragraph, as follows: "(4) the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.". (e) Sections 1028(d)(5) and 1030(e)(3) of title 18, United States Code, are each amended by inserting "commonwealth," before "possession or territory of the United States". (f) Section 1029(f) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: "For purposes of this subsection, the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.". (g) Section 1084(e) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting "commonwealth," before "territory or possession of the United States". (h) Section 1114 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting "or any other commonwealth, territory, or possession" after "the Virgin Islands". (i) Section 1952(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting "(i)" after "As used in this section"; and (2) by inserting "and (ii) the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States" before the period. (j) Section 1956(c) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: "(8) the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.", (k) Section 19580t)) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out "and" at the end of paragraph (1); (2) by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting in lieu thereof "; and"; and (3) by adding a new paragraph (3), as follows: "(3) 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.". (1) Section 2313 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting "(a)" before "Whoever"; and (2) by adding a new subsection, as follows: "(b) For purposes of this section, the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.". (m) Section 2315 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following undesignated paragraph: "For purposes of this section, the term 'State' includes a State of the United States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.".
