105 STAT. 330 PUBLIC LAW 102-71—JULY 10, 1991 Public Law 102-71 102d Congress An Act To designate the building in Monterey, Tennessee, which houses the primary oper- July 10, 1991 ationg of tjjg United States Postal Service as the "J.E. (Eddie) Russell Post Office [S. 674] Building", and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION. The building in Monterey, Tennessee, which houses the primary operations of the United States Postal Service (as determined by the Postmaster General) shall be known and designated as the "J.E. (Eddie) Russell Post Office Building", and any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the J.E. (Eddie) Russell Post Office Building. SEC. 2. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. Title 39, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 3001, by redesignating the 2 subsections immediately following the first subsection (i) as subsections (j) and (k), respectively; and (2) in section 3005(a), by striking "section 3001(d), (f), or (g)" each place it appears and inserting "3001 (d), (h), or (i)".
