PUBLIC LAW 102-142—OCT. 28, 1991 105 STAT. 891 to fiscal year limitations as provided by section 104 of the Government Corporation Control Act, as amended, as may be necessary in carrying out the programs set forth in the budget for the current fiscal year for such corporation or agency, except as hereinafter provided: FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE CORPORATION ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATING EXPENSES For administrative and operating expenses, as authorized by the Federal Crop Insurance Act, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1516), $322,870,000: Provided, That not to exceed $700 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses, as authorized by 7 U.S.C. 1506(i). FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE CORPORATION FUND For payments as authorized by section 50803) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act, as amended, $260,500,000. COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION FUND ^ REIMBURSEMENT FOR NET REAUZED LOSSES For fiscal year 1992, such sums as may be necessary to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained, but not previously reimbursed (estimated to be $9,000,000,000 in the President's fiscal year 1992 Budget Request (H. Doc. 102-3)), but not to exceed $8,450,000,000, pursuant to section 2 of the Act of August 17, 1961, as amended (15 U.S.C. 713a-ll). Such funds are appropriated to reimburse the Corporation to restore losses incurred during prior fiscal years. Such losses for fiscal years 1990 and 1991 include $900,000,000 in connection with carrying out the Export Enhancement Program (EEP), $200,000,000 in connection with carrying out the Market Promotion Program (MPP), formerly the Targeted Export Assistance Program (TEA), $300,000,000 in connection with carrying out the Federal Crop Insurance Program, $445,773,000 in connection with domestic donations, $281,605,000 in connection with export donations, and $6,322,622,000 in connection with carrying out the commodity programs. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Act, the reimbursement to the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained, but not previously reimbursed, in fiscal year 1992 shall not exceed $7,250,000,000. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT For fiscal year 1992, CCC shall not expend more than $3,000,000 for expenses to comply with the requirement of section 107(g) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 9607(g), and section 6001 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 6961: Provided, That expenses shall be for operations and maintenance costs only and that other hazardous waste management costs shall be paid for by the USDA Hazardous Waste Management appropriation.
