(B) The number of scheduled and completed flights for purposes of providing humanitarian relief under the humanitarian relief laws specified in paragraph (4). (C) A description of any transfer (including to whom the transfer is made) of excess nonlethal supplies of the Department of Defense made available for humanitarian relief purposes under section 2547 of title 10, United States Code. (4) The humanitarian relief laws referred to in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) are the following: (A) This section. (B) Section 303 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101-510; 104 Stat. 1525). (C) Section 304 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1990 and 1991 (Public Law 101-189; 103 Stat. 1409). (D) Section 303 of the National Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1989 (Public Law 100-456; 102 Stat. 1948). (E) Section 331 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Years 1988 and 1989 (Public Law 100-180; 101 Stat. 1078). (F) Section 305 of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1986 (Public Law 99-145; 99 Stat. 617). (5) Section 303 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1991 (Public Law 101-510; 104 Stat. 1525) is amended by striking out subsection (f). New York. SEC. 305. SUPPORT FOR THE 1993 WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES. (a) AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT.— The Secretary of Defense may provide logistical support and personnel services in connection with the 1993 World University Games to be held in the State of New York. (b) PAY AND NONTRAVEL-RELATED ALLOWANCES. —(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the costs for pay and nontravel-related allowances of members of the Armed Forces for the support and services referred to in subsection (a) may not be charged to appropriations made pursuant to the authorization in subsection (c). (2) Paragraph (1) does not apply in the case of members of a reserve component called or ordered to active duty to provide logistical support and personnel services for the 1993 World University Games. (c) AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.—There is authorized to be appropriated for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1992 the sum of $3,000,000 to carry out subsection (a). Georgia. SEC. 306. SUPPORT FOR THE 1996 SUMMER OLYMPICS. (a) AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT. —The Secretary of Defense may provide logistical support and personnel services in connection with the 1996 games of the XXVI Olympiad to be held in Atlanta, Georgia. (b) PAY AND NONTRAVEL-RELATED ALLOWANCES.—(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the costs for pay and nontravel-related allowances of members of the Armed Forces for the support and services referred to in subsection (a) may not be charged to appropriations made pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in subsection (c).
