[H.J. Res. 446] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. WAIVER OF REQUIREMENT FOR PARCHMENT PRINTING. 1 USC 106 The provisions of sections 106 and 107 of title 1, United States Code, are waived with respect to the printing (on parchment or otherwise) of the enrollment of H.R. 4210 of the 102d Congress. SEC. 2. CERTIFICATION BY COMMITTEE ON HOUSE ADMINISTRATION. 1 USC 106 The enrollment of H.R. 4210 of the 102d Confess shall be in °*®- such form as the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives certifies to be a true enrollment.
