PUBLIC LAW 102-313—JULY 2. 1992 106 STAT. 279 Public Law 102-813 i 102d Congress An Act To designate the Federal building located at 78 Center Street in Pittsfield, Massachu- July 2, 1992 setts, as the "Silvio O. Conte Federal Building", and for other pvirposes. [H.R. 2818] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. FINDINGS. Congress finds that— (1) Silvio O. Conte, during his 32 years in Congress, embodied the true spirit of public service; (2) Mr. Conte dedicated his entire Ufe toward helping those individuals less fortimate than himself; and (3) Mr. Conte's presence in Congress will be sorely missed. SEC. 2. DESIGNATION. The Federal building located at 78 Center Street in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, is designated as the "Silvio O. Conte Federal Building". SEC. 3. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the Silvio O.
