Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 20 South Montgomery Street in Trenton, New Jersev, is designated as the "Arthur J. Holland United States Post Office Building". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Arthur J.
