106 STAT. 1118 PUBLIC LAW 102-368 —SEPT. 23, 1992 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE LEGAL ACTIVITIES SALARIES AND EXPENSES, UNITED STATES ATTORNEYS Amounts appropriated under this title by Public Law 101-515 and available through September 30, 1992, for debt collection training, locating debtors and their property, and selling debtor property also may be used for processing and tracking debts owed to the United States Government. DEPARTMENT OF STATE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND CONFERENCES CONTRIBUTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL PEACEKEEPING ACTIVITIES For an additional amoiuit for "Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities", $80,000,000: Provided, That Congress hereby designates these amounts as emergency requirements for all purposes of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. THE JUDICIARY COURTS OF APPEALS, DISTRICT COURTS, AND OTHER JUDICIAL SERVICES DEFENDER SERVICES For an additional amount for "Defender Services", $31,250,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That Congress hereby designates these amounts as emergency requirements for all purposes of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985. NATIONAL COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL DISCIPLINE AND REMOVAL The language under the heading "Coiu1;s of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judicial Services, Salaries and expenses" in 105 Stat. 136. Public Law 102-27 is amended by deleting "September 30, 1992" and inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1993. Reports. Notwithstanding the requirement of section 415 of Public Law 28 USC 372 note. 101-650 to Submit the report mandated by said section not later than one year after the date of the Commission's first meeting, the National Commission on Judicial Discipline and Removal shall submit to each House of Congress, the Chief Justice of the United States, and the President, the report mandated in said section no later than August 1, 1993.
