106 STAT. 1132 PUBLIC LAW 102-368—SEPT. 23, 1992 INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS The language under this heading in the Treasury, Postal Service, and General Government Appropriations Act, 1992 (Public Law 102-141; 105 Stat. 834), is amended by inserting after "systems modernization requirements" the following: "; not to exceed $300,000, to remain available until expended, for repairs and improvements to the Main Treasury Building and Annex". FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE - SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $1,298,000, for systems modernization activities, to remain available luitil expended. BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $2,000,000 for systems modernization activities, to remain available until expended. UNITED STATES MINT SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $270,000, for expansion and improvements to existing Mint facilities, to remain available until expended. BUREAU OF THE PUBLIC DEBT ADMINISTERING THE PUBLIC DEBT For an additional amount for "Administering the Public Debt", $5,226,000, for systems modernization activities, to remedn available until expended. UNITED STATES SECRET SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and Expenses", $1,400,000, for the White House armored window project, to remain available until expended. UNITED STATES CUSTOMS SERVICE SALARIES AND EXPENSES (RESCISSION) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 102-141, $1,273,000 are rescinded.
