106 STAT. 1140 PUBLIC LAW 102-368 —SEPT. 23, 1992 UNITED STATES TRAVEL AND TOURISM ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses" for grants to States and other eligible entities to cover the costs of tourism promotion needs arising from Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Iniki, and other disasters, $5,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the grants made available by this appropriation shall not be subject to the local match requirements of 22 U.S.C. 2123: Provided further. That the entire amount shall be available only to the extent an official budget request, for a specific dollar amount, that includes designation of the entire amount of the request as an emergency requirement, as defined in the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, is transmitted to the Congress: Provided further, That the entire amount is designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES Of the amounts available under this heading in the Depsirtment of Justice Appropriations Act, 1992, not to exceed $510,000 to be used by the Executive Office of Immigration Review may be available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursiumt to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended. LEGAL ACTIVITIES SALARIES AND EXPENSES, UNITED STATES MARSHALS SERVICE For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses. United States Marshals Service", to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Andrew and other disasters, $10,724,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to'section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as £unended. SUPPORT OF UNITED STATES PRISONERS For an additional amount for "Support of United States prisoners", to cover the incremental costs arising from the consequences of Hurricane Andrew and other disasters, $16,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That the entire amount is designated by Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(D)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as amended.
