(2) Section 502(e)(l) of the Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056(e)(l)) is amended by striking "506(a)(l)(B)" and inserting "506(a)(2)(A)". (3) Section 5()6(a)(4)(B) of the Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056d(a)(4)(B)) is amended by striking ^m" and inserting "the Secretary". SEC. SOS. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 508(a) of the Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056f(a)) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following: "(1) $470,671,000 for fiscal year 1992, and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993, 1994, and 1995; and"; (2) in paragraph (2) by striking "62,500" and inserting "70,000"; and (3) by striking "clause" and inserting "paragraph". SEC. S06. DUAL ELIGIBILITY. The Older American Conmiunity Service Emplo3ment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056-3056g) is amended by adding at the end the following: "SEC. SIO. DUAL ELIGIBILITY. 42 USC 3056h. "In the case of projects under this title carried out jointly with programs carried out under the Job Training Partnership Act, eligible individuals shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of section 203 of such Act (29 U.S.C. 1603) that are applicable to adults.". SEC. S07. TREATMENT OF ASSISTANCE PROVIDED UNDER THE OLDER AMERICAN COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT. The Older American Community Service Employment Act (42 U.S.C. 3056-3056g), as amended by section 506, is amended by adding at the end uie following: "SEC. 511. TREATMENT OF ASSISTANCE. 42 USC 30561. "Assistance furnished under this title shall not be construed to be financial assistance described in section 245A(h)(l)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1255a(h)(l)(A)).". TITLE VI—GRANTS FOR NATIVE AMERICANS SEC. 601. APPLICATIONS BY TRIBAL ORGANIZATIONS. Section 614(a) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3057e(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (10) by striking "and" at the end; (2) in paragraph (11) by striking the period at the end and inserting "; and"; and (3) by adding at the end the following:
