PUBLIC LAW 102-375—SEPT. 30, 1992 106 STAT. 1301 "(3) to examine the well-being of older individiials, including the impact the wellness of older individuals has on our aging society; "(4) to develop such specific and comprehensive recommendations for executive and legislative action as may be appropriate for maintaining and improving the well-being of the aging; "(5) to develop recommendations for the coordination of Federal policy with State and local needs and the implementation of such recommendations; and "(6) to review the status and multigenerational value of recommendations adopted at previous White House Conferences on Aging. "; and (3) in subsection (d)(2) by adding at the end the following: "Delegates shall include individuals who are professionals, individuals who are nonprofessionals, minority individuals, and individuals from low-income families.". SEC. 833. CONFERENCE ADMINISTRATION. Section 203 of the Older Americans Act Amendments of 1987 (42 U.S.C. 3001 note) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (2), by inserting "(including organizations representing older Indiansr after "appropriate organizations"; (B) in paragraph (3)— (i) by striking "prepare and"; and (ii) by inserting ", prepared by the Policy Committee," after "agenda"; (C) by redesignating paragraphs (1) through (5) as paragraphs (2) through (6), respectively; and (D) by inserting before paragraph (2), as so redesignated, the following: "(1) provide written notice to all members of the Policy Committee of each meeting, hearing, or working session of the Policy Committee not later than 48 hours before the occurrence of such meeting, hearing, or working session,"; (2) in subsection (b)— (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking "assure" and inserting "and as part of the White House Conference on Aging, ensure"; (B) in paragraph (1), by striking "will" and inserting " shall"; (C) by striking paragraphs (2) and (3); (D) by inserting sifter paragraph (1) the following: "(2) the agenda prepared under subsection (a)(4) for the Federal Conference is published in the Federal Register not later than ^®^?*®r' 30 days after such agenda is approved by the Policy Committee, ^" ^^^ ^°"' and the Secretary may republish such agenda together with the recommendations of the Secretary regarding such agenda,"; and (E) by redesignating paragraphs (4) through (6) as paragraphs (3) through (5), respectively; and (3) by adding at the end the following: "(c) GIFTS.—The Secretary may accept, on behalf of the United States, gifts (in cash or in kind, including volimtary and imcompensated services), which shall be available to carry out this title.
