Assignment of employees to State or local governments*'; (15) in section 3401(l)(iv) by striking "Virgin Island" and inserting "Virgin Islands"; (16) in section 3594(c)(l)(A) by striking "5108,," and inserting "5108,"; (17) in section 4109 by striking subsection (d); (18) in section 4302(a) by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting a period; (19) in section 4505a— (A) in subsection (b)(2) by striking "ch^ter 12 or under" and inserting "chapter 12, chapter 71, or^ (B) in subsection (c) by inserting of Personnel Management" after "Office"; and
