OFFICE OF INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY For necessary expenses of the Office of Intelligence and Security, $1,265,000. TRANSPORTATION PLANNING, RESEARCH, AND DEVELOPMENT For necessary expenses for conducting transportation planning, research, and development activities, including the collection of national transportation statistics, to remain available until expended, $3,025,000.
