PUBLIC LAW 102-439—OCT. 23, 1992 106 STAT. 2223 Public Law 102-439 102d Congress An Act To authorize additional appropriations for implementation of the development plan Oct. 23, 1992 for Pennsylvania Avenue between the Capitol and the White House. [H.R. 4999] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE PENN- SYLVANIA AVENUE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Section 17(a) of the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation Act of 1972 (40 U.S.C. 885(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: '"There are further authorized to be appropriated for operating and administrative expenses of the Corporation $2,686,000 for fiscal year 1993 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1994.".
