PUBLIC LAW 102-585—NOV. 4, 1992 106 STAT. 4943 Public Law 102-585 102d Congress An Act To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve health care services for women veterans, to expand authority for health care sharing agreements between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense to revise certain pay authorities that apply to Department of Veterans Affairs nurses, to improve Nov. 4, 1992 preventive health services for veterans, to establish discounts on pharmaceuticals [H.R. 5193] purchased by the Department of Veterans Affairs, to provide for a Persian Gulf War Veterans Health Registry, and to make other improvements in the delivery and administration of health care by the Department ofVeterans Affairs.
