106 STAT. 5164 CONCURRENT RESOLUTIONS—MAY 13, 1992 May 13, 1992 ENROLLMENT CORRECTIONS—S. 838 [S. Con. Res. 116] Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring). That in the enrollment of the text of the bill (S. 838) to amend the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act to revise and extend programs under such Act, and for other purposes, the Secretary of the Senate shall make the following corrections: (1) In section 116(a)(4) of the bill— (A) by adding "and" after the semicolon in subparagraph (C);and (B) by striking out subparagraph (D) and all that follows and inserting in lieu thereof the following new subparagraph: "(D) by striking out Tiandicaps;* in subparagraph (F), and inserting in lieu thereof 'disabilities'. ". (2) In section 117 of the bill— (A) by inserting "(a) IN GENERAL.— " before "Section 114(a)"; and (B) by adding at the end thereof the following new subsection: "(b) DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE. —Paragraph (2) of section 114(a), as amended by subsection (a), shall become effective on October 1 of the first fiscal year for which $30,000,000 or more would be available under subsection (a)(2)(B)(ii) of such section 114 (if such subsection were in effect), and until such fiscal year, the second and third sentences of section 114(a) (as in effect prior to the amendment made by such subsection (a)) shall continue in effect.". (3) In section 124(2)— (A) by striking out subparagraph (A); and (B) by redesignating subparagraphs (B) and (C) as subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively. Agreed to May 13, 1992. May 14, 1992 SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RELAY—CAPITOL [s Con Res 111] GROUNDS AUTHORIZATION Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), SECTION 1. AUTHOSIZAHON OP RUNNING OF SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RELAY THROUGH CAPITOL GROUNDS. On May 15, 1992, or on such other date as the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate may designate jointly, the 1992 Special Olympics Torch Relay may be run Uirough the Capitol Groimds, as part of the journey of the Special Olympics torch to the District of Columbia Special Olympics spring games at Gallaudet University in the District of Columbia. SEC. 2. RESPONSIBILITY OF CAPITOL POUCE BOARD. The Capitol Police Board shall take such action as may be necessary to carry out section 1. SEC. 3. CONDITIONS RELATING TO PHYSICAL PREPARATIONS. The Architect of the Capitol may prescribe conditions for physical preparations for the event authorized by section 1. Agreed to May 14, 1992.
