107 STAT. 46 PUBLIC LAW 103-14 —APR. 12, 1993 90th birthday year, of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch movement, is designated as "Education and Sharing Day, U-S-A".
