That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to provide emergency supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1993, and for other purposes namely: DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ADVANCES TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND AND OTHER FUNDS For an additional amount for "Advances to the imemployment trust fund and other funds", $4,000,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 1994.
