SEC. 4. CLOTHING ALLOWANCE FOR CERTAIN DISABLED VETERANS. Section 1162 is amended by striking out "$466" and inserting in lieu thereof "$478". SEC. 5. DEPENDENCY AND INDEMNITY COMPENSATION FOR SURVIV- ING SPOUSES.
