(b) SOCIAL SECURITY OUTLAYS. —For purposes of Senate enforcement under sections 302 and 311 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, the amounts of outlays of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund and the Federal Disability Insurance Trust Fund are as foUows: Fiscal year 1994: $274,813,000,000. Fiscal year 1995: $286,457,000,000. Fiscal year 1996: $297,401,000,000. Fiscal year 1997: $308,456,000,000. Fiscal year 1998: $319,408,000,000. SEC. 6. MAJOR FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES.
