108 STAT. 706 PUBLIC LAW 103-262—MAY 31, 1994 Public Law 103-262 103d Congress An Act May 31, 1994 To authorize appropriations for the National Historical Publications and Records [H.R. 2139] Commission for fiscal years 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 2504(f)(1) of title 44, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking out "and" after the semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (C), by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon; and (3) by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: "(D) $6,000,000 for fiscal year 1994; "(E) $7,000,000 for fiscal year 1995; "(F) $8,000,000 for fiscal year 1996; and "(G) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1997.".
