(8) Section 433(c) is amended— (A) by striking "his term" the first place it appears and inserting "the judge's term"; (B) by striking "his term" the second place it appears and inserting "the term"; (C) by striking "his present" and inserting "the present"; (D) by striking "his fitness" and inserting "the candidate's fitness"; and (E) by striking "he shall nominate" and inserting "the President shall nominate". 87 Stat. 796.
