PUBLIC LAW 103-337—OCT. 5, 1994 108 STAT. 3031 bridge over the rail and truck crossing of the highway at the Plant is feasible and desirable, the Secretary may— (1) obtain architectural and engineering activities and carry out construction design with respect to the construction of the bridge; or (2) request that the Secretary of Transportation carry out the construction of the bridge as a project for the construction of a defense access road under section 210 of title 23, United States Code. TITLE XXII—NAVY SEC. 2201. AUTHORIZED NAVY CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISI- TION PROJECTS.
