Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United _Terms or Ipis— States of America in Congress assembled, That from and after the passgEt1g?;: m ing of this act, the terms of the district court of the United States for ` South Carolina, at its sitting in Charleston, shall be held on the first Monday in January, May, July, and October, in each and every year, instead of at the times heretofore appointed. Term of mr. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That from and afier the passing of gpgrlgpgzt 1¤ this act, the term of the circuit court of the United States for South ' Carolina, at its sitting in Charleston, shall be held on the first Monday in Aprilé in each and every year, instead of at the time heretofore a ointe . wavy`"?; "l' pgnc. 3.
