NATIONAL COMMISSION ON LIBRARIES AND INFORMATION SCIENCE SALARIES AND EXPENSES For necessary expenses for the National Commission on Libraries and Information Science, established by the Act of July 20, 1970 (Public Law 91-345, as amended by Public Law 102-95), $829,000. NATIONAL COUNCIL ON DISABILITY SALARIES AND EXPENSES For expenses necessary for the National Council on Disability as authorized by title IV of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, $1,793,000.
