PUBLIC LAW 105-87 —NOV. 19, 1997 111 STAT. 2113 Public Law 105-87 105th Congress An Act To designate the United States Post Office building located at 153 East 110th Nov. 19, 1997 Street, New York, New York, as the "Oscar Garcia Rivera Post Office Building". [H.R. 282] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The United States Post Office building located at 153 East 110th Street, New York, New York, shall be known and designated as the "Oscar Garcia Rivera Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States Post Office building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Oscar Garcia Rivera Post Office Building".
