The Reports. Comptroller General shall report the findings of the study to the Congress within 2 years after the effective date of this chapter.". (b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.— The table of chapters for part VI of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: "180. Assumption of Certain Contractual Obligations 4001". SEC. 407. EFFECTIVE DATE. 17 USC 108 note. Except as otherwise provided in this title, this title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. TITLE V—PROTECTION OF CERTAIN ORIGINAL DESIGNS Vessel Hull Design Protection Act. SEC. 501. SHORT TITLE. . 17 USC 101 note. This Act may be referred to as the "Vessel Hull Design Protection Act".
