EFFECTIVE DATE. °° ^' The amendments made by sections 502 and 503 shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and shall remain in effect until the end of the 2-year period beginning on such date of enactment. No cause of action based on chapter 13 of title 17, United States Code, as added by this title, may be filed after the end of that 2-year period. Approved October 28, 1998.
