PUBLIC LAW 105-355 —NOV. 6, 1998 112 STAT. 3267 "(3) LAND ACQUISITION.— Notwithstanding subsection (h), the Secretary is authorized to acquire, in partnership with other entities, a less than fee interest in lands at Thompson Island within the recreation area.
