(b) LIMITATION ON TOTAL COST OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.— Notwithstanding the cost variations authorized by section 2853 of title 10, United States Code, and any other cost variations authorized by law, the total cost of all projects carried out under section 2101 of this Act may not exceed— (1) the total amount authorized to be appropriated under paragraphs (1) and (2) of subsection (a); (2) $22,600,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction of a Basic Training Complex at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri); (3) $10,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for construction of a Multipurpose Digital Training Range at Fort Hood, Texas); (4) $34,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for construction of phase I of a barracks complex, Longstreet Road, Fort Bragg, North Carolina); (5) $104,000,000 (the balance of the amount authorized under section 2101(a) for the construction phase I of a barracks complex.
