PUBLIC LAW 106-436—NOV. 6, 2000 114 STAT. 1919 Public Law 106-436 106th Congress An Act To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3695 Green Nov. 6, 2000 Road in Beachwood, Ohio, as the "Larry Small Post OfEce Building". [H.R. 4315] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3695 Green Road in Beachwood, Ohio, shall be known and designated as the "Larry Small Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Larry Small Post Office Building".
