(27) STILLAGUMAISH RIVER BASIN, WASHINGTON. —The project for ecosystem restoration, Stillagumaish River basin, Washington, at a total cost of $23,590,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $15,680,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $7,910,000. (28) JACKSON HOLE, WYOMING. — (A) IN GENERAL.— The project for ecosystem restoration, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, at a total cost of $52,242,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $33,957,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $18,285,000. (B) NON-FEDERAL SHARE.— (i) IN GENERAL. — The non-Federal share of the costs of the project may be provided in cash or in the form of in-kind services or materials.
