The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of deepening the navigation channel of the Atchafalaya River and Bayous Chene, Boeuf and Black, Louisiana, from 20 feet to 35 feet. SEC. 431. IBERIA PORT, LOUISIANA. The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of carrying out a project for navigation, Iberia Port, Louisiana. SEC. 432. LAKE PONTCHARTRAIN SEAWALL, LOLTISIANA- Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Deadline. Act, the Secretary shall complete a post-authorization change report Reports. on the project for hurricane-flood protection, Lake Pontchartrain, Louisiana, authorized by section 204 of the Flood Control Act of 1965 (79 Stat. 1077), to include structural modifications to the seawall providing protection along the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain from the New Basin Canal on the west to the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal on the east. SEC. 433. LOWER ATCHAFALAYA BASIN, LOUISIANA. As part of the Lower Atchafalaya basin reevaluation study, the Secretary shall determine the feasibility of carrying out a project for flood damage reduction, Stephensville, Louisiana. SEC. 434. ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH, LOUISIANA. The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of carrying out a project for flood damage reduction on the east bank of the Mississippi River in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. SEC. 435. SOUTH LOUISIANA. The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of carrying out projects for hurricane protection in the coastal area of the State of Louisiana between Morgan City and the Pearl River. SEC. 436. PORTSMOUTH HARBOR AND PISCATAQUA RIVER, MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE. The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of modifying the project for navigation, Portsmouth Harbor and Piscataqua River, Maine and New Hampshire, authorized by section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1173) and modified by section 202(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4095), to increase the authorized width of turning basins in the Piscataqua River to 1,000 feet. SEC. 437. MERRIMACK RIVER BASIN, MASSACHUSETTS AND NEW HAMP- SHIRE. (a) IN GENERAL. —The Secretary shall conduct a comprehensive study of the water resources needs of the Merrimack River basin, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, in the manner described in section 729 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4164). 7&-194O- 00 - 19:QL3Part4
