Heading 9902.32.70 is amended by striking "(provided for in subheading 2916.39.45)" and inserting "(provided for in subheading 2916.39.75)". SEC. 1303. EFFECTIVE DATE. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the amendments made by this chapter apply to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 2001. Subtitle B—Other Tariff Provisions CHAPTER 1—LIQUTOATION OR RELIQUTOATION OF CERTAIN ENTRIES SEC. 1401. CERTAIN TELEPHONE SYSTEMS. (a) IN GENERAL,—Notwithstanding sections 514 and 520 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1514 and 1520), or any other provision of law, the United States Customs Service shall, not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, liquidate or reliquidate those entries listed in subsection (c), in accordance with the final decision of the Department of Commerce of February 7, 1990 (case number A580-803-001). (b) PAYMENT OF AMOUNTS OWED. —Any amounts owed by the United States pursuant to the liquidation or reliquidation of an entry under subsection (a) shall be paid by the Customs Service within 90 days after such liquidation or reliquidation.
