UDALL SCHOLARSHIP AND EXCELLENCE IN NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY FOUNDATION Of the funds made available under this heading in H.R. 5658 of the 106th Congress, as incorporated by reference in Public Law 106-554, up to $1,000,000 may be transferred and made available for necessary expenses incurred pursuant to section 6(7) of the Morris K. Udall Scholarship and Excellence in National Environmental and Native American Public Policy Act of 1992 (20 U.S.C. 5604(7)), to remain available until expended.
