For purposes of this Act, the term "congressional defense committees" means— (1) the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; and (2) the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives. (3) For weapons and tracked combat vehicles, $2,348,145,000. (4) For ammunition, $1,187 233,000. (5) For other procurement, $4,044,080,000. SEC. 102. NAVY AND MARINE CORPS. (a) NAVY. —Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2002 for procurement for the Navy as follows: (1) For aircraft, $8,323,147,000. (2) For weapons, including missiles and torpedoes, $1,484,321,000.
