FOOD SAFETY AND INSPECTION SERVICE For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Food Safety and Inspection Service", $15,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107- 38. FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE SPECIAL SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION PROGRAM FOR WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN (WIC) For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)", $39,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2003, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107-38: Provided, That of the amounts provided in this Act and any amounts Deadline, available for reallocation in fiscal year 2002, the Secretary shall reallocate funds under section 17(g)(2) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 in the manner and under the formula the Secretary deems necessary to respond to the effects of unemployment and other conditions, and starting no later than March 1, 2002, such reallocation shall occur no less frequently than every other month throughout the fiscal year. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Salaries and Expenses", $151,100,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107-38. INDEPENDENT AGENCY COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION For emergency expenses to respond to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, for "Commodity Futures Trading Commission", $16,900,000, to remain available until expended, to be obligated from amounts made available in Public Law 107-38. GENERAL PROVISIONS, THIS CHAPTER SEC 101. Title VI of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2002 (Public Law 107-76) is amended under the heading Ante, p. 730. "Food and Drug Administration, Salaries and Expenses" by striking " $13,207,000 " and inserting "$13,357,000".
