116 STAT. 128 PUBLIC LAW 107-165—APR. 18, 2002 Public Law 107-165 107th Congress An Act Apr. 18, 2002 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3131 South [H.R. 2910] Crater Road in Petersburg, Virginia, as the "Norman Sisisky Post Office Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 3131 South Crater Road in Petersburg, Virginia, shall be known and designated as the "Norman Sisisky Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Norman Sisisky Post Office Building".
