116 STAT. 1746 PUBLIC LAW 107-262—OCT. 30, 2002 Public Law 107-262 107th Congress An Act Oct. 30, 2002 To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7 Commercial [H R 670] Street in Newport, Rhode Island, as the "Bruce F. Cotta Post Office Building". Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7 Commercial Street in Newport, Rhode Island, shall be known and designated as the "Bruce F. Cotta Post Office Building". SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the "Bruce F.
