AUTHORIZING PRINTING OF VOLUME OF TRANSCRIPTS OF NEW YORK CITY MEETING AND STATEMENTS ON TERRORIST ATTACKS OF SEPTEMBER 11. (a) IN GENERAL. —^A volume consisting of the transcripts of the ceremonial meeting of the House of Representatives and Senate in New York City on September 6, 2002, and a collection of statements by Members of the House of Representatives and Senators on the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, shall be printed as a House document under the direction of the Joint Committee on Printing, with suitable binding.
