(ii) a specification of the number of claims for which dose reconstruction has been adversely affected by any matter identified under paragraph (1); and (iii) a specification of the number of claims requiring dose reconstruction for which, because of any matter identified under paragraph (1), dose reconstruction has not been completed within 150 days after the date on which the Secretary of Labor submitted the claim to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. (b) REPORT ON DENIAL OF CLAIMS.—(1) Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor shall submit to Congress a report on the denial of claims under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 as of the date of such report. (2) The report shall include for each facility with respect to which the Secretary has received one or more claims under that Act the following: (A) The number of claims received with respect to such facility that have been denied, including the percentage of the total number of claims received with respect to such facility that have been denied. (B) The reasons for the denial of such claims, including the number of claims denied for each such reason. SEC. 3135. REPORT ON INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY WITH RESPECT TO ROBUST NUCLEAR EARTH PENETRATOR.
Section 1032 of the Bob Stump National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107–314; 116 Stat. 2643; 10 U.S.C. 2358 note) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ‘‘(e) INTEGRATION ACTIVITIES IN FISCAL YEAR 2003 WITH RESPECT TO RNEP.—The report under subsection (a) that is due on April 1, 2004, shall include, in addition to the elements specified in subsection (b), a description of the integration and interoperability of the research and development, procurement, and other activities undertaken during fiscal year 2003 by the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy with respect to the Robust Nuclear Earth Penetrator.’’.

SEC. 3141. TRANSFER AND CONSOLIDATION OF RECURRING AND GENERAL PROVISIONS ON DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY NATIONAL SECURITY PROGRAMS.
(a) PURPOSE.— (1) IN GENERAL.—The purpose of this section is to assemble together, without substantive amendment but with technical and conforming amendments of a non-substantive nature, recurring and general provisions of law on Department of Energy national security programs that remain in force in order to consolidate and organize such provisions of law into a single Act intended to comprise general provisions of law on such programs.
