PUBLIC LAW 108–18—APR. 23, 2003
SEC. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall become effective on the date of the enactment of this Act, except that the amendments made by section 2(b) shall apply with respect to pay periods beginning on or after such date. Approved April 23, 2003.
