Public Law 108–49 108th Congress An Act July 14, 2003 [H.R. 981]

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 141 Erie Street in Linesville, Pennsylvania, as the ‘‘James R. Merry Post Office’’.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 141 Erie Street in Linesville, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘James R. Merry Post Office’’. SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ‘‘James R. Merry Post Office’’. Approved July 14, 2003.
