SEC. 2103. IMPROVEMENTS TO MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING UNITS. Subject to section 2825 of title 10, United States Code, and using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appro priations in section 2104(a)(5)(A), the Secretary of the Army may improve existing military family housing units in an amount not to exceed $211,990,000. SEC. 2104. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS, ARMY.
