SHORT TITLE. This title may be cited as the ‘‘National Security Intelligence Reform Act of 2004’’. Subtitle A—Establishment of Director of National Intelligence SEC. 1011. REORGANIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT OF INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY.
