(c) FORMULA GRANTS AUTHORIZATIONS.—Section 5338(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the heading to paragraph (2) by striking ‘‘APRIL 30, 2004’’ and inserting ‘‘JUNE 30, 2004’’; (2) in paragraph (2)(A)(vi)— (A) by striking ‘‘$1,780,963,287’’ and inserting ‘‘$2,289,809,940’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘April 30, 2004’’ and inserting ‘‘June 30, 2004’’; (3) in paragraph (2)(B)(vi)— (A) by striking ‘‘$445,240,822’’ and inserting ‘‘$572,452,485’’; and (B) by striking ‘‘April 30, 2004’’ and inserting ‘‘June 30, 2004’’; and (4) in paragraph (2)(C) by striking ‘‘April 30, 2004’’ and inserting ‘‘June 30, 2004’’.
